This leadership development training was created to help address concerns around burnout and leadership inability to manage up and advocate for their needs.
The training identifies 3 main of time management they have to juggle: role duties, constant fires and random tasks, and other organizational demands. The activities throughout connect to one another and take leaders through building an awareness of exactly where their time is going, why, and strategies on what they can do to focus only things that are important.
