THE DEI CONVERSATION

THE PROJECT

The training covers the basic of diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring that learners understand the importance and true purpose behind DEI initiatives. Learners review the classifications and dimensions we are all placed in and how our experiences in the workplace, and in life, can be determined by these classifications.

Foundational Learning

Honest conversation about opinions and feelings around DEI in todays' world.

Reflective Learning

This training goes beyond the surface level to help learners become self-aware and self-reflective about how society's labels impact not just them, but others as well.

Clear Goals for DEI

Learners are given very clear and specific goals to align their organizational objectives to in order to secure DEI to culture.

Measuring DEI

Learners are introduced to the components of inclusion, measures which all organizations can use to know how well they're doing on their DEI initiatives.
