CROSS CULTURAL LEADERSHIP
THE PROJECT
This project was created to be facilitated to a group of leaders in Trinidad & Tobago, as part of my partnership with another training agency. The training is designed to look at cross-cultural competency from different angles (being competent in managing the internal workplace culture, and also cultural (ethnic) differences among employees.
Leaders are taken through how to build self-awareness, cultural competence, and psychological safety within themselves and their teams.

Taking leaders deep into the nuances of what culture is all about is crucial to designing deep learning experiences. There are activities and summary questions to help leaders tie in learning concepts to their work.
